wow

Kelly, her daughter Kendalyn, and Kristi
three happy, beautiful Dutch girls
You are the God who does miracles; You have shown people Your power.
Psalm 77:14

Latest report from the caring bridge website:

Well, are you all ready???

God has rained a miracle down on Curt and he will be coming home from the hospital tomorrow!! Yes!! It's true!!

The turnaround came Saturday when he was hearing, and remembering, Gods word. Since then Curt has continued to remember and is back to his old self! In fact, Kelly put him on the phone a couple hours ago and he joked with me about whether I was ready for our weekly Wednesday staff meeting.

I know our God is a God of might and power but I stand in awe and wonder that we are witnessing the miracle of a brain healed, a family restored, a church provided for.

Curt still needs some rest and should resume his responsibilities gradually. We will have to help him with that as he is already wanting to go forward. He may have some outpatient therapy and won't be driving for a couple weeks. Kelly will write more later.

As for me, I am absolutley staggered and am going to go spend some time with my God and thank Him for His love. The Curt we have seen these last few days was much in need of therapy and rehabilitation, and looking through my own human eyes things were not looking good. Of course, the Drs. have no explanation for this sudden recovery and I pray many are made beleivers in the face of this miraculous healing.

What an honor and a privledge it is to share this news with all of you who have prayed so faithfully and cried out to God on behalf of Curt and Kelly and Kendalyn.

psalm 105:1-4

Give thanks to the Lord, call on His name;

Make known among the nations what he has done.

Sing to Him, sing praise to Him

Tell of all His wonderful acts.

Glory in His Holy Name;

Let the hearts of those who seek the Lord rejoice.

Look to the Lord and His strength;

Seek His face always......

Cherrie Moore (North Bay Church Secretary)

And that is not all (Cheri writing now). The latest update is that Curt actually got to go home last night. Slept in his own bed. Cuddled with his wife and daughter on the couch.

I know God can heal. I have seen it with my own eyes. The transformation in Curt is simply amazing and the work of the mighty hand of God.

To Him be the glory!
