Happy Birthday, LORA!

So here it is. Your big day. And I'm not there to celebrate it with you. Sniff. You were there for my 50th and I'm not there for yours. I'm so sorry. Somehow, I will make it up to you.

To my sister from another mother - who loves Jesus, her family, books, the Northwoods, potatoes and chocolate. Just like me.

And has a birthday today. Just like me.

Now, if only I were still 50. Just like you.

Have a wunnerful, wunnerful day. Love you!

Well a happy birthday to your sister Lora! And did I read it right that today is your birthday too?? If so, happy birthday to you as well ... and I am off to facebook, where all facts are posted, and checked that out. If so, I'll wish you a happy birthday there too.

Yes! Happiest of birthdays to you both!
I love all the same things that the two of you love (except, I have never been to the Northwoods, but would love to come and see them someday.) And, like you Cheri, I wish I was still 50!)
Hhmmmm! "a wunnerful, wunnerful day"? Is that a Lawrence Welk thing? (Sheesh! I have to admit, I used to watch him as a child!) :~P

Yep, mine too! Thanks Becky. And Lady Farmer. LF, you read my mind - tomorrow's post (which was pre-scheduled) has a Lawrence Welk reference.

Consider it MORE than made up...I still can't believe you pulled that off! Thank you so much for including me in your special family holiday. And now I feel officially settled at 50! I love you.
