The fourth house was a distinct possibility. Fifth: Lovely.Pricey. Sixth: Nope. Seventh :Lovely.
Pricey. Eighth house was a distinct possibility.
We called Mom and Dad over to see the eighth house. They liked it and Dad pointed out some helpful things as Mom and I discussed decorating possibilities.
We made an offer. It was countered. Dad gave us some good advice and Pat masterfully negotiated us into an accepted offer on house number 8. It is a 3-4 minute walk from Mom and Dad's. It is a lovely, brand new traditional home.
Our minds are spinning with ideas.
We are about to embark on a brand new adventure. Stay tuned.
We are so grateful to God for His provision and timing.

Congratulations! I've been thinking of you all day. Now you'll have something to talk about on the drive home. :-) I'm envisioning your to-do list: buy house -- check; next, acquire grandchild!
May God's blessing and provision continue to be yours.

Congratulations! The house is beautiful.
Looks like enough sunshine around that house for orchards and gardens! Pat, you better hide those gardening catalogs from Cheri! Love you, Linda
